About Our Staff

Chava Evans - Paralegal Intern

The Law Office of E. L. Reid, LLC recently was afforded the opportunity to work with Chava Evans as a Paralegal Intern.

Ms. Evans came to our firm from a long work history in the non-profit world where she worked as a rabbi, chaplain and educator. She brought significant administrative experience to our firm from her work with non-profits and in healthcare. Ms. Evans is currently a paralegal student at American University and is slated to sit for her paralegal certification this October 2026.

While she is new to the secular legal world, Ms. Evans studied classical Rabbinic Law as one of the first women to be ordained as an Orthodox rabbi. She has served as a court advocate in both the secular and religious court systems. Ms. Evans eagerly put both her administrative experience and her deep love of legal concepts and logic to work for our firm.

We wish her the best in all her future endeavors!
